Ingredients:
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 anaheim chili, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon toasted cumin seed
1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except wild rice, salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, adding wild rice during last 30 minutes.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
