An easy veggie chili for a cold winter day.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
100 grams onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 serrano pepper, minced
550 grams canned tomatoes
236 grams canned kidney beans
243 grams smart ground
2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Saute onions, garlic and chili in oil until tender. Transfer to the crock of a slow cooker and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
