Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup tomato puree
2 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 -2 tablespoon chili powder
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
