Vegetarian Beef Casserole

Warming winter casserole, one pot meal.
Ingredients:
100 grams vegetarian sausage
1 cup kidney beans
1 onion
2 carrots
1 zucchini
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup celery
800 grams canned tomatoes
2 tsp beef bouillon powder
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 pepper
1 cup of water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
2. Either slice the 100 gram sausage, or use 200 grams of beef seitan sliced.
3. Use cooked kidney beans, and use 2 cups of the cooked beans.
4. Slice onion, slice carrots, slice zucchini, mushrooms, celery, and roughly chop canned tomatoes.
5. Add all ingredients to a casserole dish, and stir well. Cover and cook for 1 hr - 1.5 hrs. Stir every half hour.
