Stir Fry w/ Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 oz. broccoli
2 oz. asparagus
2 oz. sugar snap peas
2 oz. mushrooms
1 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
10 grams red onions, sliced
2 grams garlic, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oil
2. add onions and garlic, cook down
3. add vegetables, leave 1 minute
4. slowly start adding half of the amount of soy sauce and cover
5. cook until veggies are cooked, but crisp
6. add cooked rice and rest of soy sauce
