Stir Frys are so delicious and you can just make them your own by adding and subtracting the veggies as you so desire. They are so healthy for you -
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 slice fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup broccoli floret
1 cup cauliflower floret
1/2 cup red pepper, strips
1/2 cup onion, slices
1 cup pea pods
1/2 cup sliced celery
pepper
1/2 cup oyster sauce
rice
Directions:
1. Put oil, ginger, salt and garlic into wok or large skillet. Cook uncovered stirrring constantly for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, onion, pea pods. and celery stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Add stir fry sauce.
2. Shut off heat, cover and let set for 5 minutes.
3. Serve with rice.
