Ingredients:
2 cups vegetable juice (v-8)
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
1 cup sugar snap pea
1 cup frozen corn
2 stalks celery, sliced
salt
1 small onion, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
