This dish plays up to the boring o rice without needing much effort. A quick and no-fuss way to clear the left-over vegetables in your fridge too! Be sure to check out my illustrated step by step pic where the instructions will be much clearer.
Ingredients:
garlic, 2 cloves
3 brown/white button mushrooms, diced
assorted vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, corn, peas, carrot, celery ...
1 cup rice
water
Directions:
1. Place diced mushroom and garlic to cup with rice & water in rice cooker.
2. Steam assorted vegetables together with rice on upper tray of rice cooker.
3. When rice is cooked, chop vegetables to bite sizes and sprinkle over rice.
4. Stir thoroughly & close lid to keep warm for about 10 minutes before serving.
