A smoothie high in fibre but low in calories containing lot's of green leafy vegetables.
Ingredients:
300 g onions
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
600 g broccoli
400 g kale
100 g baby spinach
550 g bok choy
250 g swiss chard
40 oz 100% v-8 vegetable juice
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
2. Steam the remaining vegetables
3. Add 1 cup of V8 to your blender and then fill up the blender with vegetables and then puree. Repeat the process until you've pureed all of the vegetables.
