Ingredients:
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 3 minutes.
2. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
3. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the smoothie mixture evenly among them.
4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
