Good Diet Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup tomato, deseed slicedthin
1/2 cup onion, sliced
salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon artificial artificial sweetener
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
1. mix all the vegetables and refrigerate to chill.
2. mix salt, pepper, garlic, artificial sweetner and vinegar.
3. before serving mix the vegetables and the above mixture and serve cold.
