Found this as an ad for mayonnaise in a magazine, years ago. Hubby loves it because it has frozen peas.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups white rice, cooked & cooled
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill and eat!
