VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Sullivan Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.
Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli chopped fine
1 cup carrot thinly sliced
1/2 cup green pepper chopped fine
1/4 cup white onion chopped very fine
1/2 cup peas
1/3 cup green olives with pimento chopped fine
1 small box macaroni cooked and still warm
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
chop vegetables.
cook pasta el dente then drain.
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together promptly then chill before serving.
