Vegetable Pancake With Yogurt

Very light , healthy as they require very little oil and has curd and so many vegetables . Can even use shredded cabbage , grated beetroot or chopped mushrooms . If can't hold the spicy sauce , just serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney .
Ingredients:
pancake
1 c semolina
1 tsp cumon seed
1/2 tsp baking pwd
pinch of salt
1 c curd ( yogurt )
finely grated
1/2 c potato
1/2 c carrot
1/2 c pumpkin
1 onion
6 garlic cloves
chopped
1/4 c corriander leaves
3 green chillies
sauce
1 c thick yogurt
2 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp corriander leaves , thinly chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves , thinly chopped
1 green chilli , thinly sliced
pinch of salt .
Directions:
1. For the spicy sauce , Mix everything and chill it until served .
2. For the pancake , mix everything well .
3. Make small pancakes by shallow frying .
4. Fry on both sides until golden brown .
5. serve hot with the sauce .
