Healthy Vegetable omelet
Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup chopped tomatoe
1/3 cup chopped mushroom
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
Directions:
1. Lightly saute in a teaspoon of water and seasoning like ms dash vegetable sesoning ( NO BUTTER )
2. Pour egg beaters into omelete pan and then add sauteed vegetables fold over omelete and then cook until done and enjoy
3. Very healthy and filling great start to your day breakfast
