Its like the green bean casserole, without the greenbeans!
Ingredients:
1 16oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots& cauliflower
thawed & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 t white pepper
1 can durkee french fried onions
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except half the cheese and half of the dried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then top with remaining cheese and dried onions. Bake another 5 minutes and serve.
