A dairy-free and gluten-free pie packed with protein and healthy vegetables Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 egg whites |
1 pinch pepper |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 cloves garlic, diced |
1/2 cup spinach, chopped |
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped |
1/3 cup yellow squash, sliced |
Directions:
1. Line and stack deep pie plate with vegetables. 2. Combine and whisk together the eggs, pepper and salt. Pour mixture into pie plate with veggies. 3. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 40 minutes 4. Serve warm |
