Vegetable Fried Rice

Can be eaten on it's own . But I prefer some hot spicy gravy
Ingredients:
2 c mixed vegetables - french beans , carrots , peas , sliced
2 c himalayan basmati rice
2 bay leaves
2 cardamom
2 pcs cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 garlic
2 cm ginger , shredded
salt
1 onion , sliced
1 vegetable soup cube
1 c raisins , cashew nuts
Directions:
1. Soak the rice for 15 mins and drain .
2. Steam the vegetables for 5 mins .
3. Fry all the spices
4. Add the onion and fry until golden brown .
5. Add the rice and 4 C of water .
6. Add the soup cube and check the salt .
7. Put everything in the rice cooker .
8. When done , serve steamy HOT
