This is a nice couscous recipe and a great side for any grilled meat. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup couscous
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup canned garbanzo beans drained
2 small zucchini thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil then add butter, couscous, salt, pepper, beans and zucchini.
2. Stir then cover and remove from heat allow to stand 5 minutes.
3. Stir with a fork to fluff up before serving.
