Simple chili recipe. It's best to let the chili set for about an hour after cooking.
Ingredients:
1/2 onion
tsp of cumin grounded
3 garlic cloves
2 bell peppers
2 jalepeno
3 tomatoes
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 chili pepper
15 oz chick peas
15 oz pinto beans
Directions:
1. Sauté in olive oil: 1/2 onion & Tsp of cumin grounded
2. Add & cook until tender: 3 garlic cloves, 2 bell peppers, and 2 jalepeno peppers
3. Add & simmer: 3 tomatoes
4. Add: 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1 chili pepper
5. Add beans or meats: 15 oz chick peas and 15 oz pinto beans
