Ingredients:

  1. Coat a skillet with olive oil. Add cabbage, bell pepper and green onions; sauté for 5 minutes. Add water a little at a time. Cook until all liquid evaporates. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and basil.
  2. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, sunflower seeds and rice. Stir in egg whites. Add vegetable mixture.
  3. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and flatten to form burgers. Brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
