This salad is not only for the vegetarian, but works well for healthy conscious individuals, dieters, and fast food eaters.
Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce
2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced radish
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/4 cup orange slice
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup diced celery
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 fresh jalapeno, finely minced (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix romaine, bean sprouts, and vegetables in large bowl.
2. Right before serving, mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper and jalapeƱo (optional).
3. Pour over salad.
4. Can top with tofu, nuts, or whatever you wish.
