Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/4 cup soy milk
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet
2. Sift together dry ingredients, then add in wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
3. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes.
