Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 small banana
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp imitation vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
1/3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Don?t add the lemon juice yet.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Add lemon juice. Stir!
4. Scoop wooden spoonfuls of the batter onto parchment paper/baking mat.
5. Bake for 20 mins
