Looking for more ways to inventively use oatmeal, a nice quick breakfast with lots of flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup plain soymilk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup shelled walnuts
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl, and nuke for about 1-2 minutes on high.
2. Mix again, top with walnuts, and enjoy.
