Ingredients:
8 cups low sodium vegetable broth
1 tsp cumin
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup cilantro
6 cups broccoli
2 cup mushrooms
1 cup basil
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped green onion
7 cups cabbage
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
14 oz tofu
