Vegan Peanut Butter, Granola, and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Try a different spin on the classic chocolate chip cookie by adding some whole grains and other yummy ingredients meant to add some nutrition into desert! Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa flour
1 cup unbleached flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil or 1/2 cup vegan butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk or 1/2 cup soymilk or 1/2 cup rice milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granola cereal
1 1/2 cups vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix batter together until smooth in a mixer or by hand. Form 1 to 2 inch balls in your hands and place on a cookie sheet. These cookies won’t spread out too much so you can place them close together. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
