Vegan Mushroom, Corn and Poblano Tacos

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil divided
4 ounce(s) mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
1/2 poblano chile chopped
3/4 cup(s) corn
1/2 can(s) black beans rinsed and drained
1/8 cup(s) salsa verde
1/2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
4 large leaves of lettuce
1/8 cup(s) cilantro chopped
4 limes wedges
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Add mushrooms to pan; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil to mushrooms. Stir in onion and next 5 ingredients (through poblano); cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corn and beans to pan; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat; stir in salsa and next three ingredients. Divide vegetable mixture evenly among lettuce leaves. Top each with 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
