Ingredients:
13 g. garlic
192 g. onion
165 g. fresh mushrooms
28 g. dried mushrooms
200 g. barley
180 g. carrots
Directions:
1. soak dried mushrooms in 2 quarts h20 for 15 minutes
2. remove from water and chop, saving soaking water
3. saute in pam in a large soup kettle onions and garlic
4. add remaining ingredients along with strained soaking water
5. bring to boil and turn down, simmering for 60 minutes
