Ingredients:
4 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
1 cup vegetable broth
4 tbsps soy sauce
6 cups cooked long grain brown rice
2 tbsps sweet chili sauce
Directions:
1. Spray wok or large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Stir-fry vegetables for 5-8 minutes.
2. Add broth, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce to wok or skillet; stir in rice and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Add Ms. Dash seasonings or any other table blend natural seasonings to taste.
