Vegan Fried Celery & Cabbage

Ingredients:
1 lb white cabbage or 1 lb chinese cabbage
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 stalks celery
Directions:
1. Wash the cabbage and shred finely.
2. Heat the oil and fry the cabbage for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
3. Add the salt, mixing well.
4. Wash the celery and cut into thin slices, add to the cabbage with 2 tbsps.
5. water; cook over a fierce heat, stirring all the time, for 2 minutes.
