For those allergic to eggs, as I am,. It is very good, I usually use a little more cinnamon than a dash.
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla soy milk
4-5 tablespoon flour
3 teaspoon sugar
dash of cinnamon
bread slices (your choice)
sugar to taste
Directions:
1. Mix flour, milk, vegan sugar and cinnamon to form a batter. Dip bread and fry in lightly greased pan until golden brown. Sprinkle with vegan powdered sugar.
