Vegan Flaky Pie Crust

Quick and easy vegan pie crust.
Ingredients:
2 c flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c margarine (plus 2 additional tbsps) (in small pieces)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp cold water
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in large bowl.
2. Cut in maragarine. Quickly work in margarine until lumps are reduced to the size of raisins.
3. The mixture should be crumbly.
4. Mix oil and water in small bowl and add to the flour mixture.
5. Knead until it just barely holds together. Do not overwork.
6. Flatten dough into disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
