Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk or 1 cup organic soymilk or 1 cup rice milk
1/3 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked overnight
3 honey dates, pitted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 -1 1/2 frozen banana
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve at once or refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving.
