Vegan Edamame Hummus

Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen edamame, pre-shucked
2 cups spinach, tightly packed
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flax seed oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tamari
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Steam edamame until bright green and thawed.
2. In a food processor, combine the edamame and all other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
3. Makes 2 cups
