Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing (No Soy)

Quick salad dressing that's also great in wraps or as a dip for fresh veggies. Macadamia nuts are the base for this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup raw unsalted macadamia nuts
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Add nuts, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil to food processor, and pulse until combined.
2. Run processor while you slowly add in water until the mixture is the desired consistency (about 3 tbs - 1/4 cup water). Scrape down the sides and pulse again to make sure the dressing is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Tastes great straight away, or chill first for a stronger flavor.
