Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 cups soymilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Grease muffin cups or a square pan.
3. Put dry ingredients in one bowl, and mix them.
4. Put oil and milk together, and add to dry.
5. Stir til just moist.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
