Vegan Cocoa Cupcakes are a wonderful addition to your treat list if you have concerns with dairy or eggs. It is simple, chocolaty sweet, and it's so delicious no one will ever know it's vegan! They're easy to prepare, bake, and to eat! Watch them disappear as soon as they come out hot and fresh from the oven. You'll never make them just once. Enjoy and cheers!
Ingredients:
10 t margarine
2 t vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups water
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 t vinegar
Directions:
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350F/180C.
2. Firstly blend the margarine, vanilla, and sugar together until smooth.
3. Then sift all the dry ingredients together and stir to evenly incorporate.
4. Next slowly start blending the ingredients by alternating the dry into the wet ingredients.
5. Lastly, stir in the vinegar just before baking.
6. Place the mixture into 24 cupcake holes lined with cupcake papers.
7. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
8. Cool, and enjoy.
