Vegan Choc Icing

Yum Yum choc fudge for non-dairy or vegan peeps
Ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon vegan margarine
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon golden syrup
vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Melt everything together in a small saucepan, on very low heat (good things take time). Keep stirring.
2. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
3. Once it reaches a good spreading consistency, ice the cake and leave to set completely.
