Ingredients:
12 oz diced tomatoes
12 oz diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 large onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 t canola oil
12 oz chili beans
12 oz black beans
1 cup corn
2 c tomato soup
1 salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, other spices to taste
Directions:
1. In large skillet cook onion and green pepper in oil until beginning to soften.
2. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, soup and spices.
3. Simmer until reduced and thickened.
