Vegan Chili
Ingredients:
4 cups water
16 ounces red beans
16 ounces black beans
2 onions
2 green bell peppers
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
4 stalks celery
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
12 ounces lightlife gimme lean ground beef
1/2 cup ground meat substitute
Directions:
1. Soak beans 2 hrs in hot water with lid.
2. Cook beans for 2 hours.
3. add remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer for 2 hours.
