Vegan Cabbage With Peas

This is another from . She has great videos that walk you through every recipe. I've only altered this one very slightly. There is no gluten or sugar so this is appropriate for the 21 day Quantum Wellness Cleanse.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 1/2 cups green peas, frozen
2 green chili peppers (optional)
6 cups cabbage, shredded
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat the oil on medium-high heat. To see if it is ready, toss in one cumin seed. If the seed cracks right away the oil is hot enough. Add the cumin and mustard seeds, fry for about a minute. Add the peas and chills and fry for another minute or two.
2. Add the cabbage, turmeric, cayenne and salt. Mix thoroughly so that every piece of cabbage is coated with the spice mixture.
3. Cover the pan, turn the heat to medium-low and allow to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, stir lemon juice and cilantro through. Serve.
