This is very quick to make and tastes delicious. This recipe is for a single serving, which is just over a 1/2 cup - it's quite rich. Feel free to add some ice cubes/coffee ice cubes if it's too rich for you. Multiply the recipe as needed!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla soy ice cream
1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
