superb simple dessert, simple to make. =)
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup earth balance butter
4 cups of peeled apples
Directions:
1. 8x8x2 pan or 2qt baking dish.
2. place rolled oats, flour sugar salt and cinnamon in large bowl and mix.
3. add butter and blend well. arrange apple slices on top.
