Vegan Almond Spice Bread

A light tea bread.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup soy yogurt
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
Directions:
1. Whisk together wet ingredients and sugar.
2. Sift together dry ingredients, except almonds.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
4. Fold in almonds.
5. Pour into a prepared 8 inch loaf pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
7. Cool in pan.
