Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1 cup diced green zucchini
1 cup diced yellow squash
1/2 cup grated bell pepper
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dry basil
1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning (salt-free)
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
3. 3. Combine first 13 ingredients in a bowl and mold into a loaf. Place in baking dish.
4. 4. In a small bowl, combine last 4 ingredients to taste. Coat loaf in mixture.
5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
