I like this recipes a lot! It is another one that you can not say how many servings it has.
Ingredients:
2 (16 oz.) cans veg-all
1 (7 1/2 oz. ) can water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup cheese, grated or shredded
1 cup mayo
4 tblsp. butter
ritz crackers, potato chips or herb dressing, choose one you like.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Drain veg-all and chestnuts.
3. Place in a 3-quart mixing bowl.
4. Add chicken soup, onion, cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
5. Pour into 2 to 3-quart casserole dish.
6. Top with ritz crumbs, chips or herb dressing.
7. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and topping is medium brown.
