Veal With Caper Butter

Dear Me Donna Hay - you are responsible for a lot of our recipes. But the simplicity and speed of presenting dinner is wonderful. We couldn't source veal steaks so we substituted topside steak and cooked it around one minute a side as we like our steak medium rare.
Ingredients:
2 boneless veal steaks
40 g butter
2 tablespoons baby capers, drained
juice 1 lemon
parsley
Directions:
1. Pan fry steaks with the butter until desired doneness.
2. Add the capers and lemon juice.
3. Top with parsely to taste and a lemon wedge with your choice of sides.
