Tender veal slices with a buttery, lemon sauce. This is good enough to serve at a fancy dinner party. I've made this one for years. Sprinkle parsley on top.
Ingredients:
4 boneless veal steaks, pounded thin
salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/4 butter
2 lemons
2 teaspoons milk
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper the steaks.
2. Heat butter in 12in. skillet on med. heat
3. Roll the steaks in flour and brown on both sides turning occ.
4. till done and golden brown.
5. Remove from heat and keep warm.
6. Slice one lemon.
7. Extract juice from the other lemon.
8. In skillet add lemon juice and slices.
9. Cook for 2 minutes.
10. Add milk.
11. Stir well.
12. Pour over veal and serve.
