Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Spoon onto cookie sheet by Tablespoons.
  3. Bake 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
